HOW DO WE HELP IN ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OF THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY?<\/strong><\/p>

The first generation of participants in our EQUESTRIS Academy called \u201cStrategic Management of Communication, Advocacy and Lobbying\u201d<\/strong> began with lectures in early June and at the time of publication of this blog is at the last lecture and will officially receive our Certificate of Participation and Successful Completion.<\/p>

Academy modules in which the participants partook for the past four weeks cover areas of strategic communication and public relations and are designed according to the most modern methodology and methods used by the most successful international companies, and which EQUESTRIS uses in its work.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Academy consists of 8 modules that offer carefully selected theoretical and practical knowledge and real examples from all segments of strategic communication, advocacy and lobbying. Our EQUESTRIS Academy is intended for everyone: both public relations or business professionals, and all those interested, who want to learn more about the data-driven approach and business decision-making.<\/p>

FIRST MODULE<\/strong> \u2013 IN-DEPTH LANDSCAPE UNDERSTANDING <\/strong>\u2013 provides detailed knowledge and practical work on the development of a detailed strategy for analysis of the existing regulatory framework, analysis of the current political situation and social and traditional media. In addition, the module offers advanced knowledge from qualitative and quantitative studies, message testing, development of socio-economic scenarios and determination of desired effects.<\/p>

MODULE TWO<\/strong> \u2013 GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND METRICS<\/strong> \u2013 deals with an analytical approach to setting and determining clearly targeted short-term and long-term goals, finding solutions that contribute to achieving these goals and determining and setting up advanced metric analytics and measurement systems that provide strategically important insights for further business development.<\/p>

THIRD MODULE<\/strong>\u2013 STRATEGY<\/strong> \u2013 deals with setting up and developing all forms of fully optimized strategies that can be currently implemented in business systems. It also and with all sources of strategies that exist, defines main and universal strategic principles and how to create and set up all forms of communication, advocacy and lobbying strategies.<\/p>

FOURTH MODULE<\/strong> \u2013 DEVELOPING THE WINNING NARRATIVE<\/strong> \u2013 defines, contextualizes and analyzes the Winning Narrative and what are the specific advantages of the Winning Narrative methodology and message testing. In addition, it covers how the Winning Narrative can be used to optimize business and maximize communication with target audience.<\/p>

MODULE FIVE <\/strong>\u2013 STAKEHOLDER MAPPING AND ENGAGEMENT PLANNING<\/strong> \u2013 addresses how key stakeholders are mapped and prioritized at the national and regional levels and how a coalition with \u201clike-minded people\u201d can be approached. The module also deals with the approach of the so-called \u201cnatural\u201d coalitions, how to build a network of stakeholders and advocates, etc.<\/p>

MODULE SIX \u2013 GRASSROOT CAMPAIGN COALITION MOBILIZATION <\/strong> \u2013 deals with activating the support of the \u201cnatural\u201d coalition to the communication campaign and how to reach its relevant members, how to mobilize within such a campaign, how to evaluate effects of the campaign and communication and how to adjust communication, if it\u2019s deemed necessary.<\/p>

MODULE SEVEN \u2013 CAMPAIGN PLANNING<\/strong> \u2013 deals with an analytical approach to developing a successful communication strategy, setting up a communication plan and implementing various communication activities.<\/p>

MODULE EIGHT \u2013 PLAN MONITORING AND LEARNING MECHANISMS<\/strong> \u2013 deals with how to set up a detailed system for monitoring the implementation of the plan in real time through all available communication channels and how to evaluate the effects of the campaign with the adjustment of communication in real time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The content, supported by presentation materials, additional work tasks and exercises, is prepared in such a way as to enable rapid acquisition of relevant knowledge, regardless of the participants\u2019 prior knowledge. In addition, to ensure the completeness of the lectures, all lectures were recorded and analyzed \u2013 recordings and additional materials were forwarded to our participants so that they could review the content at any time and retrospectively, and with their feedback<\/em>, they allowed us to further improve our content.<\/p>

Our participants gained detailed insights into strategic principles and statistical methods needed for a detailed understanding of all elements of the business environment (regulatory framework, political situation, media analysis, advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodology, socioeconomic scenarios and many others), analyzed goals and metrics and setting up such systems, discussing strategies and protocols on real examples and finding optimal solutions backed by years of international experience. In addition, they learned what the advanced analytics and methodology behind the Winning Narrative and message testing look like and how to use them, how to properly and in detail map stakeholders, and how to plan, design and mobilize all types of campaigns they will encounter on the market.<\/p>

THE SECOND GENERATION OF THE EQUESTRIS ACADEMY IN A COMPLETELY VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT!<\/strong><\/p>

In the meantime, given the increased interest of new participants and to provide opportunity to make the most of the summer months for professional development regardless of your location, we launched the second generation of the summer EQUESTRIS Academy for \u201cStrategic Communication, Advocacy and Lobbying\u201d!<\/p>

This generation of the Academy will be run entirely online <\/em> through the ClickMeeting platform. Lectures will be held in two summer periods, the first part with the first four modules from 14 to 23 July and the second part with the other four modules from 18 to 27 August, twice a week for 120 minutes in the afternoon (from 15 to 17 h) under the guidance of experts with international experience.<\/p>

The short summer break will run from 27 July to 14 August. Enrolments are open until 13 July!<\/p>
