Postavljanje analiti\u010dkih sustava baze korisnika programa vjernosti zahtjevan je posao \u2013 svaki uneseni podatak mora biti jedinstven i odgovarati specifi\u010dnom korisni\u010dkom profilu. Pritom se tijekom prikupljanja podataka mora posebno paziti na zamor sudionika, vrijeme trajanja upitnika, relevantnost prikupljenih podataka, kategorizacijske i segmentacijske mogu\u0107nosti sudionika te na brojne druge elemente. Poznavanjem profila ciljne publike va\u0161 pristup uzima u obzir potrebe i specifi\u010dnosti va\u0161ih korisnika te omogu\u0107ava da proizvodi i pogodnosti programa vjernosti budu zaista ono \u0161to je va\u017eno ciljnoj publici.<\/p><p>Uz to, analize pru\u017eaju mogu\u0107nost utvr\u0111ivanja bihevioralnih profila kupaca i ne-kupaca, njihove segmentacije i optimalnih <em>Buyer Persona<\/em> te modela predvi\u0111anja njihovog pona\u0161anja u trenucima transakcije, odnosno odsustva transakcije.
