Pravilna komunikacija pogodnosti programa putem pravih platformi pove\u0107ava mogu\u0107nost konverzije, kao i preporuke postoje\u0107ih korisnika novim korisnicima \u2013 ovaj segment posebno je va\u017ean jer sva dosada\u0161nja istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da je najja\u010di konverzijski alat novih korisnika i kupaca upravo preporuka korisnika (<em>word-of-mouth<\/em>) koju je iznimno te\u0161ko stvoriti anorganskim putem.<\/p><p>Program vjernosti idealan je mehanizam kojim se tvrtka mo\u017ee dodatno pribli\u017eiti i bolje povezati sa svojim korisnicima, a ako se kombinira s uvidima sustava za pra\u0107enje i analizu korisni\u010dkog iskustva (CX) cjelokupno korisni\u010dko i potro\u0161a\u010dko putovanje te sam odnos s korisnicima prelazi na vi\u0161u razinu.<\/p><p>Optimizacija programa vjernosti analiti\u010dki je specifi\u010dan, ali poslovno iznimno profitabilan proces \u010diji su rezultati analiti\u010dki utemeljeni, mjerljivi i empirijski ukorijenjeni.
