However, if a crisis does occur, precise and specific management guidelines need to be followed to get a crisis situation under control.<\/p><p><strong>WHAT ARE INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND CRISIS RESOLUTION PROTOCOLS AND WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE THEM?<\/strong><\/p><p>Incident management and crisis resolution protocols are systematic, globally consistent and sustainable incident management procedures, designed to create and maintain an effective and integrated structure for incident prevention and\/or incident management until successful resolution.
